  1. This is good! Only thing I’d change is soften your knee on your standing legs and soften your arm and hands slightly.

I practiced in a mirror and took many pictures playing with poses. Taking & learning from others helps. Books on how to pose and looking at poses helped too.

  2. Oh gosh, I’m omw to work right now so I don’t have time for a longer more comprehensive comment. Maybe u/__mephoto is around and can help me out.

Yes it is practice but it also comes down to confidence and poise.
Aside from accentuating curves you can’t make your body something it is not. And just because your body is bigger does not make it unappealing. Look for a photographer who has a well rounded portfolio that shows off marginalized bodies. If their portfolio only has skinny, straight white bodies, look elsewhere. You are beautiful and worthy of being photographed as is. You do not need to minimize yourself to be appealing.

  3. The only thing I can really say is don’t worry so much about making your body bigger or skinnier or whatever, looking comfortable is far sexier than seeing a model clearly forcing themselves into an uncomfortable position just to make their body look sexy. Just do/focus on what feels natural, whatever position that may be. And keep in mind there’s nothing inherently unappealing about a bigger body.

  4. The easiest way is to copy other poses, see photograph and copy the poses that you like. Look for advice from influencers, they have a lot of tricks to pose better.
