Some. This one in particular is rather provocative. I like the stretch between the forground and the subject being obscured by an object, possible the side or corner of a wall.
They’re hard, the ambience is often sterile, or dirty (that grout, ick!), she looks cold and unhappy, not particularly sensual to me. This shot does have a raw feel to it as compared to others dressed more with candles or wine or whatnot.
It depends. If you have the right composition or environment it can, but it’s really difficult due to the space constraints that a bathroom usually has. Not to mention the lighting.

I like the shot, the composition as well but my eyes keep going to the dirty tile grout.

She looks more annoyed than anything else. Bath shots work if they convey different emotion
